Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
The item must be returned in its original packaging
Proof of purchase order number or receipt is required
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a return.
Non-Returnable Items

Final sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
Refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
Please note:
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll take care of it.

Clear photos of the item and packaging
